We process your details to carry out the booking contract you entered into, with your consent where we send you marketing, and based on our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving our events and services.

We share data only where necessary: with payment processors (such as Selcom, mobile money operators, and card acquirers) to complete payments, with WhatsApp to deliver order confirmations, and with service providers that host or power this website (including Cloudinary for media). We may also disclose information where required by law. We never sell your personal data.

We keep your booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and to satisfy legal, accounting, and tax obligations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.
